Emmerdale's Adam Thomas has revealed his main rival on this year's Strictly Come Dancing.
The actor is currently competing in this year's hit BBC dancing show alongside professional partner Luba Mushtuk. He's swapped acting for the dance floor but it seems he has already scouted out his rival on the show.
He has said that he has his eye on all of the other contestants but it is a former Love Islander that he thinks is his biggest competition. The 35-year-old said: "Everyone. I feel like the standard is so high this year! My competition I think is Zara. I think we are both on the same level so far anyways, so the only one I am going to try and beat is Zara."

Adam says his biggest competition is Zara (PA)Despite being thrown in the deep end after having no dance experience behind him, Adam is already friends with a number of his fellow contestants.
When asked if he knows any other celebs taking part, he said: "Nigel Harman, I grew up watching him and he was definitely a big inspiration of mine. I remember watching him as a kid and thinking he was a cool guy. I know Ellie Leach, she was obviously in Coronation Street and she is from Manchester, and she is like a little sister and a joy as well. Having a familiar face on the show makes it easier."

Adam recently opened up about dealing with a chronic health condition while on the show. Earlier this year, the TV star revealed he had been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, which is a long-term condition that causes pain, swelling and stiffness in the joints.
He shared a health update on his social media when he said he was getting some more tests to help better treat his medical condition.
Alongside a photo of in hospital with a strap around his arm and pieces of medical equipment behind him, he said: "One day I will get my arthritis under control but until then... more bloods and more doctors. Staying strong." It was back in August of this year that Adam first went public with news of his painful health condition.
