A much-loved social media star whose clips of his family life racked up millions of views has died suddenly from a cardiac arrest.

Victim Lorenzo Delle Femmine, known to his followers as Mister Pella Pazzo, passed away in hospital on October 2. He is survived by his wife Assunta and three young children who starred alongside him.

According to reports, Lorenzo was playing with his kids at their flat in Casalnuovo di Napoli - near Naples, Italy - when he began to feel unwell. He collapsed and remained on the floor. He was taken to hospital in nearby Acerra, but medics were unable to save his life.

Lorenzo had been hospitalised due to a sudden illness last month. After being discharged a few days later, he revealed that he had been diagnosed with labyrinthitis - an inner ear infection that affects one’s balance.

The tattooed dad-of-three used his TikTok account - misterpellapazzofamily1 - to share scenes from his everyday life with his kids and wife - who also went by the nickname Susy. His often-ostentatious lifestyle - one of luxury vehicles and expensive suits - made him something of an anti-hero.

Before his passing, Susy had posted a video telling their 1.7 million followers: “Good morning, everyone. Lorenzo is not doing very well at the moment. He sends a kiss to everyone. Between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow he will reply to everyone.”

But her message was swiftly followed by the sad news. Susy’s latest post on Instagram at the time of writing is captioned: “I feel so bad. I can’t believe it.” Actor Massimo Cerbone bid farewell to the late TikToker in a post reading: “We met on the set of Gomorrah 5. Too soon to die. Have a good journey, Misterpellapazzo.”
