Emmerdale's Mack faces choice in deadly crash stunt ahead of 'unexpected twist'
Emmerdale will air some huge scenes next week - as Mackenzie Boyd is faced with an impossible choice.
Mack was previously dating Charity Dingle, with the pair eventually getting married. However, during their relationship, he had had a one night stand with Chloe Harris, resulting in her becoming pregnant and welcoming their son Reuben.
For a while, Charity was completely unaware about the true identity of the baby's father, and had even been supporting Chloe through the tough time. However, when it was all revealed, Mack and Charity ended up splitting up and Mack and Chloe soon got together officially, determined to raise their baby in the village despite Charity's struggle.
The car plunges off the cliffThe pair have been back and forth for a while now, with Charity even sleeping with Mack on one occasion, whilst he is keen to move things on with Chloe and even proposed to her in surprise scenes last week.
However, it's all set to fall apart with a huge car crash stunt, which airs next week on the ITV soap. Spoilers confirm a revengeful Chloe is adamant she wants to get both Mack and Charity back for what they've done and hatches a plan to leave them both abandoned in the moors. Just as she gets to work on the plan, a mystery car crashes into them, leaving their car balancing on the cliff edge.

Mack is dealt an impossible choice after managing to get himself free. He must either choose to save Charity or Chloe, as the car teeters on the edge of the cliff. Chloe knocks the wheel, leading to the car hurtling off the cliff - but who will he save?
It comes after Ash Palmisciano teased there will be a huge twist in the storyline - as three characters lives hang in the balance.
Who will Mack choose?Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, the Matty Barton star teased: "There's a big accident in the village with Mackenzie and Chloe, there's a big car crash. It's not as straight forward as you think, there's hidden things that have gone on. There's things that happen after the accident which does unfortunately impact Matty and Amy's relationship, but I can confirm they are very strong and they come together. Matty's mother Moira is very family orientated, she bullies Matty into sticking by his family.
"However, it's his fiancée so he's stuck with what to do, as he finds out some information and he's not sure whether to tell his family or stick by his partner so that's been fun to do."
Teasing what could happen - and that there may be more than three involved, he added: "It's gonna impact the village hugely and I'm not just saying this, we've got Christmas on the way and we're starting to film that now. Something happens after the crash that you will never expect, a character who is potentially not involved at the moment gets involved and so much stuff happens, there's some fan favourites involved in this story and at Christmas it's gonna be big."
