Married At First Sight star in tears as she announces heartbreaking miscarriage
Married At First Sight UK star Jess Potter has revealed she has suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage.
The 31 year old reality TV star, who became a familiar face last year after she was matched with stripper Pjay Finch, took to her social media to tell fans that she lost her unborn child. The TV personality, who is happily in a relationship with gas engineer boyfriend TJ O'Reilly, had started IVF treatment and had announced earlier this week, that she was 'technically' two weeks and four days pregnant after an embryo was implanted. Sadly, Jess suffered a miscarriage and decided to share this news with her fans.

MAF's Jess shared with fans that she has suffered a miscarriage just days after pregnancy announcement (jesspotter_xx/Instagram)Sat outside of her workplace, the dental hygienist said: "I'm sitting outside work...so yesterday I started bleeding a little bit and this morning I started passing some clots and stuff. I'm having a miscarriage which is f****** s***. I'm sitting outside work, just trying to put on a brave face because I've got to speak to patients all day and it's really s***."
She added in between tears: "I haven't slept and I'm in a bit of pain and obviously I'm having a miscarriage, so it's f****** s***. But it is what it is, there is not much you can do. So I've just got to wait a couple of months before we can have another round I guess. But I was really convinced it was going to work, that's the hardest bit, I really thought it was going to work. But yeah, I just thought I'd update everyone anyway."
She captioned the video: "I wasn't sure if i was going to post this or not, and ignore my UGLY crying face. But I said I was sharing my journey and this is the harsh but true reality of IVF and infertility. Nothing is certain. Now time to heal. Mentally and physically."

Pjay and Jess were matched on MAFS UK last year (Channel 4)It was only a few days ago that Jess was over the moon as she posted a picture of her baby scan and captioned the post saying: "IVF TRANSFER COMPLETE! Our perfect 4AA (highest grade) embryo has been implanted and we are technically 2 weeks and 4 days pregnant...so now just praying that it sticks as there is a high chance it won't...but staying positive."
She added: "The procedure was completely pain free, was like a smear test, in and out in 5 minutes. I'm now taking progesterone 3x per day to prevent miscarriage and keep the womb lining thick..so fingers crossed." While on the matchmaking show last year, Jess had not managed to find love with Pjay.
But soon after, she met TJ and moved in with him after four months of dating. After leaving the show she told The Sun: "I have no regrets, I've come off the show and met my boyfriend who we now live together.If these sequences before hadn't happened, then I wouldn't have met him. I am head over heels in love, it's only been four months, we live together now - he moved in two weeks ago and we're just obsessed with each other. I've been waiting a long time for this, 31 years."
But while Pjay seemed heartbroken at the time Jess said that she wanted to leave, reports surfaced that Pjay was reportedly in a secret relationship. A source told the publication: "Jess is understandably so angry – she went on Married at First Sight for all the right reasons and truly wanted to find someone special. She feels so let down because she believes Pjay was dishonest from the very beginning; if he was seeing someone else, he lied during the auditions and throughout the process, which makes a mockery of the show."
