Paris Fury has hit back at claims she has a secret nanny - as she insists she does everything herself.

The star - who has seven children with husband Tyson Fury - has hired a nanny to help with their children, but failed to acknowledged them in their reality show At Home With The Furys. 25-year-old Gabrielle Briggs works alongside the family, The Mirror exclusively revealed, despite Paris' furious speculation that she relies on staff to support her with childcare.

Paris appeared on ITV's Lorraine today to discuss her new book 'How Does She Do It?' and insisted she does everything for her kids in the day when Tyson is busy training and then he helps out in the evening.

Speaking about how she juggles it all, she said: "At the moment, Tyson is training for a fight, he's got a fight at the end of the month, and I'm at home with the kids doing everything myself. He understands that and I support him at that time. When he gets home, he takes the load and he supports me. It's a 50/50 kind of thing."

However, she admits things aren't as easy as they always seem. "I double a lot, and sometimes it doesn't go as smoothly as it looks. But I've got a bit of a can do attitude and I think, I can do it, I will do it and yes yes yes, so that's how I muddle through life," she shared.

"I just try and organise my life, and keep every organised. If I'm organised underneath, things on top look smooth. Underneath [the water], it's like a swan peddling fast fast fast but it's going smoothly on the surface, and I find that works."

Paris says Tyson and her know each other so well, and that's what makes them work together best.

She added: "We've been together for 18 years, so obviously we've grown up together, we've learned each other's ways. It's a long relationship and I think that's why it works. I think we know each other so well, so we manage that way. We grew with the fame, we grew with the situations we're in. We have each other's backs and being together and supporting one another. Once you find that person, that you know will be behind you through thick and thin ... we work quite well."
