Paris Fury has explained that the newfound level of fame she and her family have achieved following the success of their Netflix documentary series has left her fearing her children will get kidnapped.

The 33-year-old reality star is married to champion boxer Tyson Fury, 35, and together they share children Venezuela, 13, Prince John James, 11, Prince Tyson II, seven, Valencia, five, Prince Adonis, four, Athena, two, and a six-day-old newborn son that fans are convinced is named John. This year, the growing family reached new levels of fame thanks to their Netflix documentary series At Home With The Furys.

The show features Paris, Tyson and their brood - as well as members of their extended family including Love Island stars Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague. But now Paris and Tyson have reached a new level of fame, they fear that there could be new risks for their brood.

Proud mum Paris has candidly opened up about her fears that her children could be targeted and kidnapped. She explained that she has hired security guards to watch over them in public.

The mum-of-seven told Fabulous magazine: "We’re taking into account at the moment that it’s made the kids famous. Often, we have to employ bodyguards if we’re together in public. I frequently worry about them being kidnapped. Do we want to go down that route, because how can you live a normal life if you have a bodyguard?

“Venezuela is starting to go places by herself. She went to the races last week and had a security team. She was asking why she had a bodyguard, as she found it embarrassing. I understand, but every person was pointing her out, saying: ‘There’s Tyson Fury’s daughter.’ There’s been tension around the house the last couple of weeks.

"It is hard for them, because they have got to learn to live in a world where they’re not blended in or normal. It is a bit unfair, but then there are a lot of worse things that could be happening. They are blessed in other ways.”

The Netflix show also gave fans an insight into the lives of the Tyson family, who are from the Traveller community. However, reports earlier this month revealed that Tyson grew concerned over how the family would be presented in the final edit of the show - and tried to pay off Netflix and get the show cancelled.

Tyson told Queensberry promotions: “I wanted to get rid of the filming. I couldn’t take it any more, it was overwhelming. I tried to pay my way out of it, but I couldn’t, so we got through it.”

He added that he was glad the show made it to air, explaining: “I was happy I didn’t because it’s turned out to be a number one hit and a fantastic show – a fantastic insight in[to] a crazy family and the mind of a mental, crazy person.”
