Sharon Osbourne appeared totally unrecognisable as she showed off her dramatic transformation while appearing on TalkTV. The former X Factor judge admitted using the weight loss drug Ozempic to slash around 30lbs earlier this year.

"I didn't want to go this thin," the 70-year-old revealed while appearing alongside Piers Morgan. Sharon was on the show with husband Ozzy and their children, Kelly and Jack, but viewers couldn't help but pick up on her contrasting appearance.

Taking to X, formally known as Twitter, one viewer said that Sharon "looked like a different person". While another wrote: "Sharon is unrecognisable to what she used to look like." Sharon commented during the show that she was 'too skinny'.

Speaking of her weight loss earlier this, Sharon said: "In my life, the heaviest I was 230 pounds and I'm now under a hundred. And I want to maintain at about 105 because I'm too skinny. But I'm trying to have a healthy balance."

After stopping Ozempic, she told E! News: "It's just time to stop, I didn't actually want to go this thin but it just happened. I'll probably put it all on again soon!" It comes as her husband Ozzy gave fans another major update on the rocker's health.

The 74-year-old said the last five years have been "absolute hell", but appeared on TalkTV and looked to be in high spirits just days after surgical procedure, linked to the break in his back after a freak quad biking accident.

"I finally had my last procedure two days ago," Ozzy admitted. I can’t believe I’ve come to the end of it. The main thing is over now, I’m done with the surgery. But it’s been five years of absolute hell for me and my family. The family has been so supportive of me.

"I couldn’t have done it without them. It’s been a really bad scene. I have Parkinson’s, but I never think about it. I carried on working with it, until I had a fall and then it just, everything came undone. I don’t gripe, I get on with it. If you are still moving, you ain't going to be dead."

This year the eccentric family has recently made numerous headlines including Ozzy facing his ongoing Parkison's diagnosis, the family restarting their own comedy podcast, Kelly's decision to hide her pregnancy from the world, and Jack saying "I do" to his second wife.

Sharon, along with her children and husband are reunited The Osbourne Podcast this month after five years away from our screens. The twenty-episode series recorded at Ozzy and Sharon's home touches on a little bit of everything including their shared fascination with the paranormal.

In addition to many family episodes, the famous family members all get a chance to have their own individual episodes as well to talk about whatever interests them.

"It's not like a TV show. We can say, do whatever we want," Kelly Osbourne told Rolling Stone. "Nothing is off limits," Sharon added, to which Kelly replied, "I wish there were things that were off limits."
