EastEnders fans rumble new cufflinks clue that hints at double Christmas murder
EastEnders fans are convinced they've worked out who dies at Christmas - and it could be two people!
The cufflinks are the only thing we know about the man who dies this festive season. In a special flashforward scene which aired back in February, we saw a man lying dead on the floor wearing a suit and the now infamous cufflinks.
We also now know that the cufflinks belong to Nish Panesar, but they were handed over to Rocky Cotton after he lost them in a poker game. Not wanting them, Rocky handed them over to Jack Branning, who had kept hold of them for some time. However, last night, he handed them over to Phil Mitchell as he prepared to marry Kat Slater.
Understandably, the cufflinks have formed a huge part of the show - and they have popped up in multiple places both on and off-screen. In fact, at the National Television Awards earlier this month, multiple male members of the cast were seen with the cufflinks.
Ravi and Nish have caused quite a stir since their arrival on the Square (BBC/Jack Barnes/Kieron McCarron)Those brandishing the cufflinks included the likes of Steve McFadden, who plays Phil Mitchell; Scott Maslen, who plays Jack Branning; Danny Walters, who plays Keanu Taylor; and James Bye, who plays Martin Fowler.

However, two characters - who are both top of the list for fans trying to guess who the victim is - have never been seen wearing the cufflinks, and some fans are convinced that proves they could both die this Christmas.
Both Nish Panesar and Ravi Gulati didn't pose with the cufflinks at the National Television Awards, whilst some viewers are convinced that the fact that Nish originally owned the cufflinks proves he could be the one who ends up back with them this festive season.
Could both Ravi and Nish die this Christmas? They've both certainly made enemies since their arrival on the Square. Ravi is part of a huge storyline as his son Nugget learned that he had murdered Ranveer, whilst Nish seems blissfully unaware of the fact that Suki is in love with Eve, with fans convinced it will all come out before the big Christmas episodes.
