EastEnders has aired an emotional exit for Nugget - as he ran away amid his struggles with dad Ravi.

Suki Panesar has been looking after Nugget after he learned that his father Ravi Gulati was responsible for killing Ranveer. Nugget was horrified after learning the truth about what happened, going as far as calling his dad a murderer.

Ravi made multiple attempts to find Nugget tonight and even tried to ask Suki if she had seen him. However, when she leaves Nugget playing board games to turn Ravi down again, she returns to find him no longer there.

She was horrified and made her way into the centre of the Square in the hope she could find him. Whilst he wasn't there, Suki got talking to Cindy Beale and distracted, she didn't notice him heading out of the back of the Panesar house and running away from the Square - but will he come back, or is the truth of what his dad did too much to bear?

Suki was the one who told Nugget that Ravi was a killer earlier this week, as actress Balvinder Sopal explained how Suki is feeling super guilty after confessing all to Nugget about what Ravi had done.

Asked if she felt guilty, she said: "Yes, because I don't think she wanted to tell Nugget in the way she did. Suki deployed it out of absolute desperation because Nugget was pushing her over keeping secrets. Now, she's unwittingly pulled Nugget into this storm of a situation, and she does feel guilty. Suki has a lovely relationship with Nugget.

"She adores the boy, regardless of who his father and grandfather are. They have a beautiful relationship: She loves him, and they are close. Suki always believes that Nugget is protected and safe when he's at number 41 with her or Nish."

Balvinder is hopeful that one day Suki and Ravi could work things out, as she still trusts him more than she does Nish.

"I hope that one day Suki and Ravi can sit down together and have it out because I think she believes in Ravi far more than she does in Nish. They have that in common. She knows Ravi and Nish don't have the best of relationships. At the moment, Suki hates Ravi, but she loves him. She wants to kill him, but she needs him alive," she explained.
