Emmerdale viewers will see all kinds of drama next week, from wedding plans, baby twists and secrets being rumbled on the ITV soap.

There's big scenes ahead for one couple as they face a baby bombshell, leading to a shocking proposal ahead of a possible death later this year. Meanwhile, one resident must face the repercussions of their actions after a secret comes to light in a huge twist.

Emmerdale's Gail and Ryan struggle as her secret is exposed after a cryptic phone call this week – with viewers finally discovering what she is hiding. It's been teased for a while that newcomer Gail, the partner of Ryan, is up to something. From snapping to having weird phone conversations with mystery people, Gail is keeping something from those in the village and this week we find out what it is. Gail arrived in the village earlier this year and reunited with ex Ryan, while she first debuted back in 2019.

Later this week, Gail goes for a romantic meal with Ryan, but she soon has to make her excuses to head out and make a phone call. Later, viewers will see her meeting a woman called Sophie at an allotment. The woman has some bad news for Gail about someone called Oscar, but who is Oscar and what connection does she have to them?

Now, new spoilers for next week reveal the fallout to the truth being revealed. It seems Ryan and Gail will struggle with whatever happens, as spoiler pictures show them sat apart and unable to look each other. Both of them appear shocked if not upset, with it clear they have things to sort out.

Emmerdale airs upset for Tom King next week after a moment with his girlfriend Belle Dingle, amid fans fearing a dark storyline would happen for the couple. Tom is devastated by something Belle tells him just as he hopes they can move forward in their relationship, following recent rows. The character is left taken aback as his hopes for Belle to move in with him are dashed with one comment. Tom is excited believing Belle is ready to start her life with him at his new home.

But Belle is not so sure and clearly isn't ready, and drops the bombshells that she can't move in with him. The news leaves Tom devastated and wondering if they have a future - but can the pair get past it? They recently rowed over him keeping things to himself and not being open, after some odd behaviour from him - but will he be honest about his hurt this time around?

Emmerdale has teased a shocking wedding twist for Chloe Harris and Mackenzie Boyd next week. We know Chloe, Mack and Charity will play a huge part in the October Super Soap Week, which will see a car driven by Chloe plunge over a cliff. Fans are convinced this could mean she dies in harrowing scenes next month, but before all that, things seem to be going better and better for Chloe and Mack, despite him cheating on her recently with Charity.

Next week on the ITV soap, Chloe is worried as she tells Amy she thinks she might be pregnant again. Mack catches her ordering a test online and is speechless to think she might be pregnant again. When she shows him the evidence, he is thrilled and drops down on one knee to propose to her. She accepts, finally feeling their family has come together.

The next day, the pair share their engagement and pregnancy news with their good friends, whilst Mack prepares for some tough questions from his family and friends. He tells Moira not to worry about their rushed engagement, whilst his friend Nate sees straight through Mack's real feelings about another baby on the way.

Elsewhere, Chloe tells Amy that her period has arrived, and is unable to tell Mack that she isn't actually pregnant. Mack seems excited about the prospect of them having another child, leaving Chloe unable to break the news to him. She's worried that Mack won't want her without another baby on the way, whilst Amy tries her best to console her sister. Chloe eventually decides to tell Mack the truth about the baby, but how will he react about the whole situation, and what does it mean for the pair?
