Holly Willoughby’s ‘stunning’ check mini skirt will keep you cosy this autumn

With autumn finally here, we couldn't help but look back at Holly Willoughby's incredible fashion choices for the colder months - and it just so happens that one of her much-loved pieces are in the sale. The ITV presenter, 42, opted for a fabulous check mini skirt back in January.

The wool design is from high-street brand Hobbs and is currently priced at £85 - down from £99. Holly completed the look with a simple burgundy top from Mango, which is now out of stock on the brand's website. However, this similar option from M&S, £12.50 here, looks nearly exactly the same.

Sharing her autumnal outfit with her Instagram followers, the mum-of-three said: "Morning Wednesday… see you on @thismorning at 10am. We are joined by @iampaulmckenna @officialsuecleaver and @hamzayassin90".

Thousands of Holly's followers seem to be impressed by the outfit, with many taking to the comments section to rave about how "chic" it is. One person said: "Absolutely love (heart emoji) this tartan skirt," while another delighted shopper added: "Look stunning very very beautiful".

And a third wrote: "You look fab - tights and tartan, a winning combination".

Holly's Hobbs Lacey Wool Skirt available in sizes six to 18, but according to the retailer's site, some sizes are low in stock. This means you'd better hurry if you're planning to add it to your own wardrobe.

It has an A-line silhouette, comes in a mini length, and features a check pattern in a mix of pink and red tones. You can snap up the piece for £85, here.

New Look's Red Check Tennis Mini Skirt is a similar style and thanks to its £22.99 price tag, it's a lot more affordable than the Hobbs design. It comes in sizes six to 22 at newlook.com.
