In a positive health update, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne revealed that he is now on the road to recovery after undergoing his final surgery to repair his broken neck after "five years of absolute hell".

The 74-year-old rocker revealed in an interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored that he has undertaken his last surgery to repair his neck that was initially damaged nearly 20 years ago. The Iron Man singer shared that he first injured his neck following a near-fatal bike accident in December of 2003 which was later worsened by a fall in his home in 2019.

When asked how he felt two days following his final surgery, Ozzy said: "I can't believe I've come to the end of it. The main thing is over now, I'm done with the surgery. But it's been five years of absolute hell for me and my family. The family has been so supportive of me," he continued: "I couldn't have done it without them. It's been a really bad scene. I have Parkinson's, but I never think about it."

The Paranoid singer was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2019, which has caused the rocker to cancel a number of performances due to his ongoing health condition. Ozzy went on to explain that the second fall he endured is really when "everything came undone" for him. Ozzy said: "I don't gripe, I get on with it. If you are still moving, you ain't going to be dead."

Ozzy's wife, Sharon Osbourne, shared that since Ozzy's second fall their family has "changed dramatically". The former talk show host explained that summers are much different now as the father of six used to perform at festivals but due to his current condition has been staying home. In the family interview, she laughed and said: "On the other hand it's great I had Ozzy at home for five years. He's driving me crazy!"

The couple originally planned to move to back to the UK from the USA together in recent years but due to Ozzy's ongoing health problems they've decided they're not ready to leave the country and his current doctors. Despite their change in plans, Sharon says that she feels that she and her husband are in a "good place" right now and are excited about redoing their home together.
