Meghan Markle's ex-BFF Jessica Mulroney took to social media this week sharing a cryptic post about her strong "detachment game" three years after her friendship fallout with the Duchess of Sussex.
The Canadian stylist reposted a quote sharing her feelings towards loyalty in friendships that read: "As loving as I am, my detachment game is strong too." The 43-year-old marketing consultant shared the post years after her friendship with Meghan came to a halt. Their friendship ended in 2020 during the Black Live Matter protests when lifestyle blogger Sasha Exeter called Jessica out for her "problematic" behaviour and "white privilege."
Following the row, Jessica issued three public apologies for her actions but still faced consequences and was dropped by numerous television networks. As Jessica faced backlash from the public, the Duchess of Sussex remained silent and did not support her friend. Since then the pair have remained distant and seemed to have cut ties as they have not been seen together since.

The glamorous duo were often pictured at parties, events, and travelling the world together over the years. Jessica was also reportedly one of the first people Meghan called after Prince Harry proposed to her.
During the Royal Wedding, all three of Jessica's children had important roles as "page boys" in the ceremony with her little boys helping the Duchess of Sussex carry her dress. Jessica was also one of the special guests at the wedding, sharing a sweet Instagram snap at the ceremony writing: "Proud friend. Proud mom."

Since the wedding and Jessica's Internet controversy, the pair seemed to have grown apart with the stylist not being featured in the former actress' famous Netflix docuseries "Harry & Meghan." After the fallout, a source close to Jessica claimed the stylist was reportedly planning on writing a tell-all book about how Meghan "turned her back" on her during her difficult time and declined her attempts at rekindling their relationship.
The insider told the Daily Mail: "Jessica has been calling Meghan non-stop and also calling up mutual friends to try and patch up their friendship. She’s devastated Meghan has turned her back on her at a time when she needs her most," they continued: "But their friends have told her not to expect to hear back from Meghan because when she cuts someone off, she’s done for good – just like with her family."
