Katy Perry made a whopping $18million (£14.5million) when she sold her Beverly Hills mansion, before splashing the cash on a luxury penthouse in a Los Angeles celebrity hotspot.
The 38-year-old singer, who is married to actor Orlando Bloom, purchased a "junior penthouse" in Hollywood Hills skyscraper Sierra Towers earlier this year. The property means she can count stars such as Sandra Bullock, Emma Watson and Kelly Osbourne as her neighbours.
The spacious home, which is located high up in the skyscraper, features two bedrooms and three large bathrooms. According to the penthouse's listing, it has dark-wood flooring throughout, as well as a wood-framed bar.
In the living room, Katy's guests will be able to enjoy views of the city thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows which lead to an outdoor deck. The home also features its own cinema.

Katy can be sure to get her work done in her private office and then relax in the bath in her marble bathroom. The singer's apartment is one-of-a-kind and was created by combining two smaller condos into one large space.
The Sierra Towers skyscraper has attracted celebrity residents for decades. Cher owned a two-story apartment in the building, which she sold in 2013 for $5.25million (£4.2million). Other stars who have lived in the building include Matthew Perry, Lindsay Lohan and Lily Collins.

Outside, Katy and Orlando's property features an infinity pool. And they have plenty of space for guests, with a driveway that can fit up to 20 cars.
