Taylor Swift might have found her new love story as it's seemingly been confirmed she is dating American football star Travis Kelce.
Travis' brother, Jason, let slip that the rumours Taylor and Travis are dating are "100% true." The new lovebirds haven't said anything themselves, but there have been many clues that they have been seeing each other over the last few weeks.
Eagle-eyed Swift fans noticed that Taylor has been wearing an opal necklace and that Travis' birthday is October 5, making his birthstone an opal. This might be something, but in 2016 Taylor said she always loved the gemstone. "When I was bullied in school, my mom used to take me to T.J. Maxx after school to look at the opal jewelry. I thought opals were so beautiful, and somehow it made me feel better," she previously told Us Weekly.

On his podcast that he has with his brother, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, he spoke about attending her show at Arrowhead stadium in Kansas City last July. He said: "I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butt hurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her." The bracelet he made had his phone number on it.
While Taylor and Travis have been quiet, sources around them have been open about the closeness of the duo. One source told The Messenger that the two "have been quietly hanging out." They added: "She saw him when she was in NYC a few weeks ago."

The Kansas City Chief's player reportedly was open about his crush on her. A source told Entertainment Tonight: "Travis has been into Taylor for a while and definitely has a crush on her. He is a simple guy that is very funny, charismatic, chill, and loves playing football."

And I meant what I said when I said it. And you know what, it is what it is. I'm not gonna talk about my personal life."
Sportscasters have teased Travis about the possible relationship too. When Travis caught his first touchdown of the season earlier this week, announcer Ian Eagle said: "Kelce finds a 'blank space' for the score," referencing a song off Taylor's 1989 album. NFL Network's Rich Eisen also shared some Taylor-esque puns before that game. "You saw it on Thursday night when Travis Kelce wasn't in there, it left a 'blank space,'" he joked, "But I think he returns today and proves to be the 'anti-hero.' Never goes out of 'style.'"
On Wednesday, Jason Kelce appeared on WIP Sports radio and reportedly confirmed the relationship between his brother and Taylor. "It's hard to answer because I don't know a lot of what's happening in Travis' love life and I try to keep his business his business and stay out of that world," he said, ""But having said that, man, I think they're doing great and I think it's all 100 per cent true."
