Tesco has announced the launch of a new "premium" meal deal offer - but it will set you back £5 with a Clubcard, or £5.50 without.
Available from today in 1,200 Tesco stores, the new meal deal sits alongside the supermarket’s existing £3.40 meal deal but will offer customers the option of a "premium" main, snack and drink.
There are 33 "premium" items for customers to choose from including items from Itsu, YO! Sushi and Pollen & Grace, as well as a range of Tesco Finest and its's vegan Wicked Kitchen items.
The UK's largest supermarket also noted that the premium range featured ten new products.
Taking into account all possible mains, snacks and drinks, under the new premium meal deal Tesco says shoppers can enjoy over four million different combinations of lunchtime items.

Tesco's meal deal is a staple in the UK's lunch scene and for years was set at the price of £3 for a main, side and drink.
Shoppers can get items from YO! Sushi and itsu as part of the Premium Meal Deal rangeHowever, in October last year, Tesco made the decision to up the cost for the first time in 10 years due to inflation.
This took the humble lunch from £3 to £3.40 for Tesco Clubcard members.
The price of the deal for those without a Clubcard went up from £3.50 to £3.90.
This marked an increase of 40p for all Tesco customers.
Tesco said that the offer still gave customers a good deal as the most expensive combination meal deal cost £6.44.
So if you had a Clubcard, you’ll get a saving of £3.04 or £2.54 if you’re not a member.
Tesco said Clubcard holders would make a saving of around £3.74 when purchasing the premium meal deal, compared to if they bought the items separately.
