Katie Price slams exes again as she blames them for her insecurities
Katie Price took another swipe at her exes as she blamed them for being the reason behind her insecurities.
The former glamour model, who has been married three times, spoke about why she has had extensive cosmetic surgery over the years during a chat on the Go Love Yourself podcast. Discussing her self-confidence with hosts Laura Adlington and Lauren Smithy, Katie revealed that while she “does surgery for myself”, she has been deeply affected by the way her exes have treated her.
The mum-of-five recently went under the knife and debuted her new nose, as well as a lip lift and filler in her cheeks, and when asked about the reasons behind her “insecurities”, the reality star blamed her exes. “I think it's men. Most men I've been with, in fact, probably all of them have put me down all the time,” she explained. “But I don't do surgery for anyone but myself because I want to look in the mirror and I want to look good and feel good.”

She then wed Alex Reid after a whirlwind romance (PA)“I know I can scrub up well when I make the effort. I'm not worried about being seen without makeup,” Katie insisted. The OnlyFans star has a tumultuous dating history, and first tied the knot in 2006 with Peter Andre, after they struck up a relationship while taking part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me out of Here in 2004. The couple had two children - Junior, 18 and Princess, 16 - but they split in 2009, and Katie has regularly taken bitter swipes at her ex-husband ever since.
She then wed cage fighter Alex Reid after a whirlwind romance, and they exchanged vows in Las Vegas in 2010. But just a year later, they parted ways, and Katie went on to date Argentinian model Leandro Penna, who she met at Elton John’s star-studded Oscar’s party in Los Angeles in 2012. He popped the question, despite the difficult language barrier between them, but they soon split later that same year.

They soon welcomed daughter Bunny, but their relationship hit the rocks when Kieran’s affairs with Katie’s close friends Jane Poutney and Chrissy Thomas were uncovered, and she filed for divorce. She began dating personal trainer Kris Boyson soon afterwards, and he also proposed while she was still legally married to Kieran. Sadly, the couple were not meant to be, and split just a few months later.
In July 2020, Katie found love with former Love Island star Carl, and they became engaged the following year. Katie was even seen trying on wedding dresses, and the couple teased fans with a trip to Las Vegas, as they claimed they were tying the knot. Again, another one of her relationships crumbled, and they split, but later reunited. Katie and Carl’s on-off romance has frustrated her fans, especially after the former car salesman was spotted with a mystery blonde after breaking up with the model, but the duo are reportedly planning a secret wedding later this year.
