Celebs Go Dating star Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn has candidly opened up on how she shied away from the traditional constraints of marriage and now enjoys an unconventional marriage.
The 35 year old star who joined the dating show earlier this year as a sexpert and coach to the celebrity hopefuls, has revealed that she has an agreement with her husband that allows her to sleep with multiple people.
The couple, who married three years after dating said that she has a 'monogomish' relationship with her husband Brent Estabrook but remains emtionally and romantically committed to him. Speaking to OK! She said: "We’ve always had this dynamic. I started talking about it when we first started dating, because I learned through my past relationships that part of my personality is sexual exploration. In previous relationships, it didn’t work out. "
Dr Tara joined Celebs Go Dating earlier this year (Channel 4)She added: "If you’re not with a partner who wants that, it makes you realise you aren’t cut out for a traditional life. Another thing that opened my mind to this concept was studying marriages and relationships, and learning how many divorces are because of unfulfilling relationships.”
Tara said that she is sexually playful a few times a year but when she first presented the unconventional dynamic to Brent - he needed a bit of convincing. But he soon came round to the idea once he realised that Tara was willing to put certain rules in place. She told the publication that she does not like to see the same person "multiple times" over fears that an emotional attachment could be created.

Tara added that she often includes her husband in her sexual encounters but makes sure that they discuss things before, during and after, to make sure both parties are comfortable. She added: "For example, if we want a threesome, we have a conversation beforehand about what is OK and what isn’t, what would make each of us feel respected and loved, and what can make the other person have an enjoyable time, too.”

Speaking on whether or not she has ever considered in being in a throuple, Dr Tara said that situation is too much of a strain on a relationship and her husband needs her undivided attention.
And while she is comfortable in her dynamic with her husband it seems that she has faced her fair share of negativity. She claims that she has recieved a number of judgemental comments on social media stating that it is "immoral" and that an unconventional relationship can only end in divorce.
On reading those comments Dr Tara revealed that they have left her feeling hurt but realises that people struggle to deal with things that are not considered to be normal.
